LEAD

1. Set a clear direction and vision for the Entity in 25.26 term and align it to the National direction.
2. Co-create an implementation plan and clear strategies for the vision implementation.
3. Envision and Ensure Implementation of Local Culture based on the EB 24.25's vision.
4. Maintain a Long Term vision and implement a LC Development Plan with concrete actions and metrics.
5. Fulfil AIESEC 2025 goals and targets through Entity strategies and vision;
6. LC Legalities and Governance.
7. Ensures that every member of their Entity lives and promotes the AIESEC values and acts according to AIESEC values and to AIESEC mission - be the guardian of the AIESEC Way;
8. Shape Values, Behaviors and Communication Style, considering the LC Vision.
9. Ensures the Leadership Development Model implementation within the Entity, by constantly guiding the Entity trough AIESEC Values and ensure the implementation of Inner & Outer Journey Entity;
10. Ensures the Entity’s development and growth through the strategies developed and implemented together with the EB;
11. Is actively involved in understanding and further developing and implementing the National Compendium.

MANAGE

1. Chooses and develops the EB team (common direction, team buildings, communication, coaching);
2. Implements MX Standards within the EB Team;
3. Coaches the EB team for the development and implementation of local priorities and Entity development;
4. Responsible for the personal and professional development plan of the EB members;
5. Implementing a clear routine and strategy for performance management.
6. LB and P-team Management
7. Weekly tracking of each department - planned vs achieved of the weekly goals, the priorities, how is the activity of each department having an impact on the vision of the organization;
8. Participates and hosts Entity and EB spaces such as Task Forces, LCMs, LEAD Spaces, Reviews, EBMs, etc.;
9. Tracks and facilitates finance standards implementation and ensures the profitability of the Entity as a whole.

REPRESENT

1. Playing an active part in the local, national and international plenary (promote and position the Entity in the plenary);
2. Prepares, together with the VP TM, the delegations at national meetings;
3. Ambassador of the AIESEC brand both internally and externally by demonstrating the AIESEC values through their actions;
4. Ensure an effective communication with BoP network and MC; downscaling the information to the EB and Entity members;
5. Ensures and nurtures collaboration with representatives of other Entities in Russia;
6. Promotes and develops the Entity image nationally and internationally;
7. Represents the Entity at external events to enhance the credibility of AIESEC and challenges the
8. performance and the relevance of Entity activities
9. Represents the Entity in front of all the stakeholders: corporate, Alumni, non-corporate etc.;
10. Assistance for VPs at external meetings, if necessary;
11. Final responsible of University Relations and all External Relations.

You need to answer the general question and one of the functional questions.
