- Introduce yourself. What it’s like to be you? What are your values and main life milestones? Name your strengths and weaknesses. How do they affect your life? How can you maintain your strengths and improve your weaknesses in the next term?
- Why did you decide to apply? What is your key motivation to be a part of the forum team? What is your ambition for the next forum?
- Take Feedback 360 from 5-7 people (parents, friends, classmates). Necessarily, ask 2-3 people with whom you worked to describe your work style. Write start-stop-continue and make conclusions. Example of a Google form
- Create your schedule including TL experience, study and free time (screenshot from your e-calendar)
- What does AIESEC mean to you? What does it mean to be an AIESECer? What does SPUEF SQUAD mean to you? What kind of culture and leaders would you like to see in SPUEF SQUAD in the next term?

- What is the value of forum for companies? Why companies should be interested in our product?
- Make a SWOT analysis of “Future Wave” commercial proposal. What would you like to change to achieve effective forum sales?
- Create 5 sales tactics to increase the number of commercial partners of the new forum
- Make a target of 10 potential commercial partners for the new forum.
- Create the structure of your sales team. What meetings are necessary for your team to work effectively? What synergies are necessary for you to improve your skills?
PROMO
- What is the value of forum for Russian youth? Why young people should be interested in participating?
- Make a SWOT analysis of “Future Wave” VK group (https://vk.com/career_futurewave). What would you like to change in the next term? Why?
- What platforms will you use for marketing initiatives (VK, TG, forum chat, offline meetings etc) Which ones are the most effective in your point of view and why?
- How many delegates do you want to see at the new forum? Write 10 tactics to attract delegates through marketing initiatives, 3 tactics must be unique
- Create the structure of your promo team. What meetings are necessary for your team to work effectively? What synergies are necessary for you to improve your skills?
PROGRAM & DELEGATES EXPERIENCE
- What is the value of forum for Russian youth? Why young people should be interested in participating?
- Make a SWOT analysis of Future Wave 24.1 program. What would you like to change and why?
- Make a target of 10 potential speakers. Create 5 initiatives (it could be workshops, games, networking spaces etc) for the next forum
- Create a profile for a delegate of the autumn forum (age, interests, skills etc). Create a sample funnel of forum delegates (reg, selected, in chat etc). Come up with 5 tactics to ensure that chat participants reach the forum
- Create the structure of your programm&delegates experience team. What meetings are necessary for your team to work effectively? What synergies are necessary for you to improve your skills?
- Talk to the LC. Don't hesitate to approach members, TLs, and managers to find out about their experience. Find inspiration in their sharings
- Approach current TLs and VPs!
- Be mindful of the timeline, don't leave uploading files to the last moment
- Show your true self!
