REQUIREMENTS

MKT&Outgoing Russian Volunteer(MoRV)

1. Conduct a SWOT analysis of oRV and MKT in SPUEF SQUAD 25.26 (1st peak) and 25.26 (2nd peak). How can we enhance strengths, minimize weaknesses, exploit opportunities and mitigate threats?
2. Create a customer journey map with ideas for improving each stage of the funnel. How can we increase SU-CO conversions and improve customer service?
3. What can be done to increase B2C sales? Take external expertise on B2C sales and draw conclusions.
4. What tactics do you have for attracting people to social projects? Write 5 tactics for attracting.
5. How can we improve LC2LC synergy? Suggest initiatives to improve SU-PAID conversions and speed up processes.
6. Create a content plan for promoting social projects of the VK group and TG channel for a month.
7. Create a target of 10 events in St. Petersburg for collaboration with AIESEC to attract interns to social projects (the topic can be any).
8. Create a structure of your team and a description of their work. Describe the work schedule of your members. (Best performance, acceptable performance, worst performance)

Incoming Russian Volunteer

1. Make an analysis of previous iRV projects in Russia, which aspects should we keep and which are no longer valuable?
2. How will you work for financial stability of your iRV project? What additional sources of income can we use?
3. Where to grow on the scale of iRV now? Choose top 3 directions/tactics that you would implement now in iRV in SPUEF SQUAD.
4. How could we work on a commercial signature on the project? What can we offer the company so that they would want to pay money for cooperation with AIESEC and what can we give them? Write 3 options.
5. Describe the interaction of iRV team with other LCs, departments MKT and Finance. How will you work together?
6. Describe the tactics for attracting participants to the project. How will you work to retain them and keep them interested?
